What you need
- *Meter ribbon(1)
- *Pen(1)
- *Paper(1)
- *Adjusted clothing(1)
Steps
- 1
Prepare equipment
Gather a flexible tape meter, a pen, and paper to record the measurements. Wear adjusted clothing to ensure accurate measurements. - 2
Measure chest circumference
Wrap the tape meter around the widest part of the chest under the arms, ensuring it is well horizontal and adjusted. - 3
Measuring the waist circumference
Measure around the natural waist, just above the hips. Make sure the tape meter is parallel to the ground and not too tight. - 4
Measuring hip rotation
Wrap the tape meter around the widest part of the hips, keeping the tape parallel to the ground and well adjusted. - 5
Measuring Scope
Measure from the end of an arm, through the back, to the end of the other arm. Make sure the ribbon stays straight and parallel to the ground. - 6
Measure bust height
Measure from shoulder to waistline (or desired location). Hold the meter vertically for accurate measurement. - 7
Measuring Arm Length
Measure from the point of the shoulder to the wrist with the arm slightly bent. Make sure the tape meter follows the contour of the arm. - 8
Measuring the height of the legs
Measure the size to the desired place (knee, ankle or ground) by keeping the meter ribbon straight along the leg.
