Steps
Prepare equipment
Gather a flexible tape meter, a pen, and paper to record the measurements. Wear adjusted clothing to ensure accurate measurements.Measure chest circumference
Wrap the tape meter around the widest part of the chest under the arms, ensuring it is well horizontal and adjusted.Measuring the waist circumference
Measure around the natural waist, just above the hips. Make sure the tape meter is parallel to the ground and not too tight.Measuring hip rotation
Wrap the tape meter around the widest part of the hips, keeping the tape parallel to the ground and well adjusted.Measuring Scope
Measure from the end of an arm, through the back, to the end of the other arm. Make sure the ribbon stays straight and parallel to the ground.Measure bust height
