Steps
- 1
The helmet
Listening to music is good and has a lot when there's a world, creating a little bubble. You mustn't put it too loud to hear a little about what's going on around us and avoid an accident! - 2
Stress Balls
Stress bullets will become your friends in convention! The molding paste and other toys like it also works according to what you love. The ball can explode, don't forget to be detailed. Be careful not to leave a few pars under risk of loss, keep it safe in a pocket or in your bag. - 3
Plushs
Having a plush with either is also a very good way to undress! It's like anything else, you can steal this stuff so don't take the one that's too close to your heart!! - 4
Candies
Eat little treats, candy, cakes, etc. is also something good enough to calm stress. Feel free to share with your friends! All the time and I'm very serious, it can be tempting BUT WE DON'T TAKE ANY UNKNOWN!!! You never know, especially if it's open don't take anything when it's not someone you trust who offers something to you or the person didn't just buy it BEFORE YOU! - 5
Drinks
Drinking is very important when you're thirsty but also when you're having an anxiety attack for example! - 6
Friends
Above all, stay well accompanied throughout the convention and stay with trusted people who can handle you when you go wrong. If you're alone, make sure one of your friends can answer you at any time on the phone if you're not well. And if nobody answers you, security is always there for you! - 7
Security
Don't hesitate to go see security in convention if you see something strange or you are alone and you feel bad. They're here for your safety and make sure you have a good deal! - 8
Not to be done
In convention, people can be just as stressed then: - don't yell at them -do not touch them (except consent) -be careful not to push It may seem logical to some but in convention we can quickly forget these simple things that respect. You can create anxiety attacks or just scare the person in the face! Ask before doing anything and remain respectful of others. - 9
It's OK!
It's OK to say no to people, ask for photos or make a CONSTRUCTIVE review of the person's cosplay. All these things are OK if you always stick to it. Sometimes it's quite imposing to ask for a photo but it best ask you than regret! If you don't accept the person's behavior or just don't want to do something, say it immediately and don't stay in discomfort. As for the critic, stay also in the greatest respect! - 10
There you go!
Now dear anxious, you are ready for all conventions! Never forget to prepare a bag and everything will be fine !!
