Create foam peaks

Learn how to create simple peaks to place on your foam Cosplays (or in other materials if you wish)

What you need

  • *Moss or worbla1
  • *Contact glue1
  • *Hijacker1
  • *Scissors or cutters1

Steps

  1. Half circle

    Cut a half circle of the required size for peak in foam (preferably EVA) or Worbla

  2. Folding 1

    Fold once in a triangle by taking the right angle and folding at half the half circle If you are using Worbla all these steps must be done after heating your thermormable material or it will not work

  3. Fold 2

    Fold again to the other end of the half circle to form the peak

  4. Collage

    Place contact glue (Neoprene type) on the visible flap and on the place where it should be found and wait a little before placing both parts on each other. If you use Worbla gluing will be done in heat no need of glue

  5. Last step

    The peak is formed, all you have to do is sand the asperties if you use foam. For the worbla you can melt it all with heat either directly during the previous stages or with a pirogrator with a flat head
