What you need

  • *Contact glue1
  • *Acrylic paint5

  • *Boss1

Steps

  1. Prepare the boss

    Create or print a pattern of the desired accessory. Cut it carefully to use as a template when cutting EVA foam.

  2. Cut the foam

    Place the pattern on the EVA foam and cut the different parts by following the contours with a sharp cutter to get clear edges.

  3. Shaping the foam

    Use a heat gun to heat EVA foam parts and shape them according to the curves and shapes desired for your accessory.

  4. Assemble parts

    Paste the different parts of the accessory using contact glue. Ensure that the parts are well aligned and securely attached.

  5. Painting and finishing

    Apply a primer layer, then paint the accessory with the colors of your choice. Finish with a coat of varnish to protect the paint.
