How to make shapes from thick foam (here an egg with foam mattresses)

What you need

  • *Foam mattress3
  • *Cutter1
  • *Neoprene1

Steps

  1. Patrol

    Draw on the foam the boss you want.

  2. Cut

    Cut the outer shape first to remove the large pieces and see clearer.

  3. Cut angle

    Cut in such a way as to create an angle on the inner side of the foam so that the outside is best joined.

  4. Paste

    Coating well with neoprene glue each side wait 5 min put in contact.

  5. Maintain

    Keep both sides under pressure using cables if you don't want to stay 30 minutes like this.

  6. Outside

    More than camouflage the exterior for optimal rendering.
